Faces

face (plural faces)
Noun
(anatomy) The front part of the head, featuring the eyes, nose, and mouth and the surrounding area. "She has a pretty face."
One's facial expression.
"Why the sad face?"
The public image; outward appearance.
"The face of this company."
"He managed to show a bold face despite his embarrassment."

"Every face that tells a story
mystery, love and tallied glory
Some, are full of self conflicted pain
others, hold a wealth of gain
This skin that brings out these feelings
wrinkled frowns and lowered ceilings
Skies that meet the earth, as one
horizons, filled on water's clouded sun
Tree tops bend, to meet my vision
tilted heads, on humbled mission
Eyes that squint, to greet thy fate
contorted faces, half cocked wishing gait
Pensive, are the ones that squirm
preoccupied, with life's insipid germ
Into realms of fantasy, we gaze
relieving thoughts, of truth we haze
No matter what, our faces paint
these pictures, far from heaven's saint
Until one day, we lie down still
at peace and in love, expressions fill".
